ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped via PostNL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We ship internationally on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If your address falls into one of these categories, we will reach out after your order is placed.
DAMAGED, LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Lost: We'll investigate with PostNL and arrange a solution where applicable.
- Undeliverable: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
