Processing

We ship within 3 to 5 working days. Order on a weekend or a public holiday and the clock starts the next working day.

When your parcel is on its way you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Releases are busier than normal weeks. If anything takes longer than we promise here, we tell you before you have to ask.

Rates

All prices on our site include Dutch VAT.

We ship with PostNL.

Where we ship

We ship within the Netherlands. We'll expand once we know the process holds, and we'll say so here when it does.

We don't deliver to PO boxes.

Damaged, lost or undeliverable

Damaged. Email us within a few days of delivery with photos. We sort it out.

Lost. We open an investigation with PostNL and arrange a solution. You don't have to chase the carrier yourself.

Undeliverable. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we get in touch. A second delivery may cost extra.

Until a garment reaches you, it's our problem. Risk passes to you on delivery, not when we hand it to PostNL.
